Hi I have come across a Hoover HNC382t and at first it wouldn’t compete a program aswhenthe start button was pressed it would run for 5 minute then stop so i replaced thecontrol board and it solved the problem. But now it doesn’t dry things properlywhen usingthe sensor dry settings although customer is also saying that it doesn’t dry properly on the timed setting but I ran it and seemed to get to the correct temperature onboth timed and sensor. Have ordered a new sensor which I see is in the lint filter bit sowhat Ialong is could sensor be faulty? And if so how do you get to it to replace it as can’t see where the front comes apart

    Thanks Graham

Sensor located in front support duct. Front panel off to access. This involves removing water container, fascia, door frame and so on. Typical Candy crapology…….

Thanks for reply…I thought as much with amount of bits to take apart to get to it..I struggled with fascia removal with this model so dreading this call later..do you think sensor will solve problem with sensor dryer setting? Or shall I just give up on this awful machine….what ya all reckon
