    Hi,

    I have a Samsung WD8704RJD. it’s displaying a 5E code which I looked up and is the “not draining water” error.

    I’ve manually drained the washing machine and ordered a new pump assembly hoping this would fix the problem. When this was fitted unfortunately it didn’t help. The washing machine still shows the same 5E error code. I’ve tried varying the washing programs, spin speeds but no joy.

    Can anyone advise on the next steps? should I just replace the main board or is there another way to test what’s not working?
