Help…Samsung RS21 Beeping & Power Cool

Hi,

I have a Samsung RS21DCNS fridge freezer, and am receiving intermittent beeping with power cool engaging. The temperature is then fluctuating between -2 to 2 degrees (set to 2).

The recalled part was changed about 4 years ago, and when I undertake diagnostics, no errors are generated, The same issue occurred a few weeks ago, and I noticed ice on the deodoriser, and used a hair dryer to defrost and take off the back panel. Once the back panel was removed, all looked okay (no ice).The fridge has been error free for the last few weeks, until it started the beeping again last night. Once the beeping starts and power cool light keeps coming on and off, you are unable to press any buttons on the fridge (doesn’t do anything).

Would really recommend any assistance, no errors being displayed and the recall has already been undertaken.
