    margherita 2000 model A1635
    door locks, lights come on, sometimes the programmer clicks round but wont do anything. I’ve shorted out the interlock. No joy. any help appreciated.

    When the dial clicks round have you counted the flashes?

    No. when i was checking the door interlock it suddenly stated filling for a few seconds.I tried shorting out the contacts between com and live but it was still dead.

    Shorting out the interlock was a solution on the older cam driven timer machines of yesteryear, however that doesn’t work on the electronic wonderments of today. In most cases it can be positively harmful to do such a thing.

    the machine was 10 years old.customer has decided to buy a new machine.Thanks anyway for your advice.
