I have a Bosch logixx freezer (E-NRGSU23421GB/01) that will not get cooler than -13. After not closing the door properly it when down to -10 and the alarm sounded. I shut the door and put it on rapid freeze but it took four days to get back to -13, even though the set temperature is set at -20. I have noticed that there is a faint clicking coming from the top of the freezer and that the condenser is getting quite hot. Has anybody got any advice other than dumping it?

Not really my area of expertise but, first port of call has got to be checking if the condenser fan motor is running, if it has one, and secondly is the condenser clear of dust dirt and fluff. A tell tale sign is usually that the condenser coils are almost equally hot from top to bottom
