    Hi,
I’m trying to get opinions on repairing refrigeration split liners. Do any of you do it and if so how? Also, if a repair is possible what would you recommend?
My thoughts are that I would repair the liner as long as it hadn’t already compromised the performance of the appliance taking into account the crack size, in particular width as I would want moisture to get into the insulation.
    Thanks

Indesit use Dr Ding for some repairs if the damage is not to big.

Yeah thanks, I’ve used it myself but for washing machines. I never found it smoothed off as well as I’d have liked and if I had a 2mm crack spreading along the back wall of a fridge, I’m not sure the customer would like the change in appearance 🙂
I can see it’s use on broken door lugs or runner supports though, it sets rock hard.

Any of you seen or used this stuff:

Looks quite good and could be an alternative to replacing a complete fridge door for such a small thing 🙂
