Went to this today, select a wash program and the machine starts to pump out then a short burst of water then the door lock symbol flashes off the machine stops then the lock symbol comes back on again and it will pump out again and another short burst of water and repeatedly does this, motor or board?
customer said the machine jumped during a wash and this is the problem they now have,I am leaning towards a motor fault but it could be a pcb fault any advice or technical info would be appreciated

Best to get multimeter and megger out & check motor, and heater for earth leakage.

ive just done one of these, same fault . this one was a motor fault . I have some tech info if you would like it pm me and I will send it to you
