Hi I have just purchased a second hand bosch oven buts its nearly new. When I have had it running I noticed that when the temperature know is turned up or down the fan cuts out for a couple o seconds then starts up again. Is this normal for a bosch oven? Thanks

Not normal as far as I’m aware. What model is it anyway?

It’s a bosch hbn 730550b. If its not normal what do you think could be causing the problem? Thanks

Ah that’s an all electronic oven so it probably is normal.

My Siemens oven does exactly the same and always has. Very probably similar if not the same electronics as with your Bosch. It’s as if it is re-setting the program to the new temperature settings just as it does if you change the type of heating setting. Based on my experience,I don’t think you have a problem.
