    I have already replied to your colleagues post, no diagnostics without company software/laptop, no specific reset other than unplugging for a few minutes. 😥

    I was last at a Hotpoint training school around 1973/4,in Nottingham. Did a short dishwasher course at Peterborough around 1975/6.

    Re the two accounts, best to keep questions on the same fault/machine to one thread as it can lead to multiple replies and confusion. 😉

    Interesting stuff. I went to the Nottingham training school in 1971. Waltham Cross in the same year for the new 1600 course and Huyton in 1972 when English Electric were swallowed up. I left BDA Hotpoint in March 1973 when I started out on my own. Best move I ever made.:D

    I first went to Nottingham in 1969, those really where the good old days. A fantastic city for young chaps spend a few days and nights in.
