    Hi All

    Wondering if anyone has experienced this fault customer says element on all the time unless turned off at wall socket?
    I suspect the relay is shorted on the main module?
    just wondered if anyone else has experienced anything like this fault before

    Yes, that is the most probable cause and take a set of stats as well as the overheat has probably gone.
