    Hi,

    I need to order a new oven door for my Hotpoint oven, problem is that the suppliers need more than the serial number of the oven itself, they also need the specirfic model.

    I know that it’s a long shot, but any idea what model this hotpoint electric oven is? I cant seem to find the same model on the internet which has the exact same control panel.

    Ive viewed a very grubby looking data plate at the back of the oven and managed to get hold of (what I think) is the serial number but I cannot see the model.

    EG0 40624000 Or ECO 40624000

    I’m not sure what this number is, it is located at the back of the oven on a metallic plate which is very difficult to read.

    Have you looked along the oven door uprights and also along the oven cavity upright edges?

    I’ve looked in the upright cavity but not along the uprights of the door.

    I will have a look tonight and post my findings.
