Hi I have a customer who says they set the clock on above oven and when they come back maybe an hour or so later it will have gone back to zero and will be flashing. Has anyone come across this before?

Hi,
I’ve had the same fault a few times, new clock seems to solve it, I used to have problems with brand new ovens but that was down to reversed polarity, clocks didn’t like it. Hope that helps.
