Hi can anyone help I have a whirlpool aquasteam 6th sense 9770B my touch display has been loose for a couple of days,I put a load in today and it just stopped never filled with water,and the display is now just blinking blue,no words or codes,it’s as though it has died just blinking can’t select any cycles or anything please help,I can’t live without this,any help is appreciated.

To look it up we’d need the 12NC number from the rating plate and the model number doesn’t look to be complete.

The only thing I can find is Service 859200015000 and Snr is 411103012 the rest has come off,anything else let my know and I will check thanks for helping us

I have no info on that model I’m afraid but, it is pretty complex.
There’s three boards in it and a truckload of parts that could be wrong, none of which are remotely cheap so guessing it not the way to go. To be honest, I’d get in someone with Whirlpool experience and technical as I think otherwise you will struggle badly on this one.
