    The Miele tumble dryer I was give has been used in a smokers household. When I used it the room filled with the smell of nicotine!! 😯 Is there any way I can remove this or will it go in time or is this dryer destined for the tip?

    BTW I have totally cleaned this dryer inside and out but, haven’t taken it apart to get to the insulation stuff…

    Yuck….!!! short of a complete vinegar/water solution scrub-down inside and out you won’t get rid of the smell completely.

    Hmm, thanks again Martin. I think dismantling and scrubbing the insides is way beyond my capabilities. Just as I thought we’d got away with carrying on it’s side too!
