    Can anyone help with this.

Turn on mains and after a few seconds F1 lights up (both drawers)followed later by F2 (top drawer) and a chugging noise.
Pumps in both drawers are seized solid and both heaters come on with no water present.
There is no water in the base of the cabinet.
I guess the pumps jammed up due to the heaters coming on as the machine had no other issues and just packed up.

    Any ideas.

Whenever I have seen the pumps seized it has been because the outer plastic on the rotor has split causing the rotor to rust and expand.

If the elements are getting hot and the drawer is drawing about 1 amp when the draw is turned off but with power to it then it isn’t actually powering the element but drawing too much power through the printed resister, if this is the case then you have a blown surface mount diode on the PCB which may have been caused by the rotor failure.
