    This app works for about 4mins then the pump stops, the drum and heater keep going but it then stops after about 10mins and the water full light comes on.

    Is this simply a pump fault or is there another problem I’m missing? It’s only around 15mths old.

    Any help would be great.

    Then it’s still under guarantee and Bosch’s problem?
