    Hello

I have a four hob gas Arrow oven in a fitted kitchen that was in place when I bought my flat four years ago.

The grill never worked but the hobs and fan-assisted oven did.

Yesterday the oven appears to have given up – the fan works but nothing heats up. It looks like an old oven, though I have no paperwork for it. Is it worth / possible to repair?

    Thanks

    JC

    Hi

More than likely the fan oven element has failed.

Model number required in order to identify correct element.

Thanks Don. I don’t have any paperwork, and a lot of the numbers etc have worn off. Do you know where I can find the model number?

Info can usually found behind the oven door where it shuts against the cabinet or along the door edges. It’s sometimes duplicated on a label at the rear as well.
