    Its given excellent service but may have had enough.
    Its stopping part way through the cycle, and the brushes have been replaced but it still fails midway through the cycle. I can hear some clicking of relays but little else happening.Any suggestions?

    If no replies then I guess its time to replace it.

    Sorry, I missed this post. Clicking relay could indicate power is being supplied to the motor yet the motor isn’t working? Are the connections to the motor intact? Is there full continuity within the motor terminals?

    Hi,
    Yes, the symptoms are indentical to the ‘tired brushes’ scenario, hence their replacement and the checking that the connections were fully “home” when doing so.
    Starts a cycle, never finishes.

    I didn’t ask if the connections were home but rather that each are electrically connected to one another? In other words check them with a test meter.
