    Hi folks

Been to this today as customer complaining taking long time/sticking on program and smelly.

Could be plumbing/syphoning problem as drain hose position not great so possible back drain from sink/done the low temperature and liquid soap lecture – anyway sorted that but noticed machine stops 15 secs after starting to drain then stops for 2 mins before restarting and drains the rest off?

Can anyone tell me if this is the norm? Never come across this before and can’t see any logic in why it would be programmed to do this.

I just wondered incase the board could be faulty and stopping during program and causing excessive wash time.

Checked all the usual suspects – e.g.. heater, drainage n fill times incase it was any of these causing m/c to stick on program but all ok.

Anyone come across this on these machines before?

    Any thoughts welcome.

    Mick
