Bosch wash dryer , stops mid cycle

Model WVD24520 GB07.
On wash cycle , it washes , heats & spits water out – then stops dead, & no its not the valve !
its got a progress display that still shows machine half way thro’ wash.
after a minute the door lock deactivates . Display still lit up.
If you stick it on a rinse cycle- OK
Spin -OK
somethings not telling it to fill after wash cycle , but rinse & spins works ok
Any ideas anybody. 😉
