Hi guys need help with my Bosch Exxcel WVT1260GB washer dryer.
The machine seems to keep washing without rinsing and draining no matter what programme is selected.
The timer counts down to 1 minute without the programme seemingly advancing past it’s first function as if it’s stuck in wash mode, turning the drum slowly one way and slowly the other for the duration and beyond the initial time displayed.The only way i can overcome this is to wait until it gets to the 1 minute mark and then select “Rinse/Freshen up” programme, which will then complete the rinse drain function and finish counting down to zero releasing the door lock!
I’ve tried a 90 degree wash programme and couldn’t feel any warmth on the door window and therefore think it could be the wash heater element, (but not knowing if the gradual temp increase is immediate in the cycle or if the wash isn’t reaching that point) so would like your opinion please in case I need to be looking at anything else first like the PCB.
No fault codes are displayed at any point.
Any help most appreciated….

Some of the Bosch models suffered with dry joints on the heater relay on the main board, I would have a quick visual inspection of the board, as for the draining and rinsing issue this could be related, if the appliance hasn’t reached the heat expected then it wouldn’t advance to the next part of the cycle, the only thing I would have expected would be an error code to say that there was a heating issue as the NTC should have picked up on this.
