We have a Kuppersbusch KEL 580-1-2 T fridge freezer. The freezer door has started opening by itself and whenever the fridge door is closed. There is nothing obstructing the door and the seal is intact. Can anybody help please, as Kuppersbusch and Teka won’t!

It is likely to be either the hinges or door gasket.
Prices for parts are positively scary, like over £100 for a door seal. And, there’s no UK stock of them and no ETA.
