    Hi All

    Sometimes just when you start the cycle it starts starts to empty most of its water leaving the element heating air instead of water. Has anyone heard of this problem before?

    It’s not syphoning is it by any chance ?

    Is the height of the waste hose correct as per the user/installation instructions ?
