How do you remove and error code on these or get it into test mode just fitted new carbons to this one but can’t get it off the Original programme .?when press pause for 4 secs turn to off or unplugg still on same programme but is counting down ?

eo8 i have let it finnish that programme . let customer try it over weekend heres hoping its ok ,
