    Hi,
    I have a Zanussi ZWF 16070W1 which will not drain, the filter is clear, the pump is working. The manual drain does not work. Am I assuming correctly that if that if the drum has water the Sump hose may be blocked or kinked in some way? there is no water in the filter area. I get 2 red and 1 green flash. The main motor is working ok and the drum turning etc.,

    Any help really appreciated.

    Check the waste pipe to pump filter is clear. Remove filter first the give a hearty blow down the pipe. Better still stick end of pipe on tap and flush it through. Real messy procedure but worth the bother. 😀
