My Blomberg 1301 ABB doesn’t turn well – the inner drum doesn’t seem to be concentric to the outer drum and rubs when turning. Thus I’m suspecting bearings?
So… how do you get at them on this model? Attach from the front (panel off, inner drum out?) or from the back? Suggestions would be greatly received before I go in the wrong way!

Not only the bearings but the drum shaft will also be knacked. Full strip down of drum to access the damage. A costly excercise overall. 🙁

Ok. Got in! Bearings look and feel fine. But the bracket (spider?) on the back of the inner drum is cracked. Is the drum or bracket still available as a replacement part anywhere? I can’t find one. It is 13 years old by now..

The odds of finding one aren’t too brilliant. eBay maybe?
