we have a customer with the above dishwasher. the unit is tripping when the heater kicks in. the heater was replaced as had an earth leak but is still intermittent tripping.

the unit has had a leak above the PCB but has been dried.

i am aware that there could still be water in the relays or on the pcb but am wondering if anyone has had the same issues and could have any other ideas before i take the pcb for drying again.

    any help would be appreciated

Water in the relays? How did that happen I wonder as the module is encased in a box and well away from any water? 🙁

But I can only imagine than a mere sniff of damp on the module would cause massive electrostatic discharge to it and then it’s goodnight Vienna…!
