Hi
I have a 5/6 year old Hotpoint LFT114.
A couple of minutes after starting it, 3 program lights (not the Eco one) start flashing and nothing further happens though it sounds like something is going on.
On opening the door, the flap covering the soap capsule is closed and the capsule has not dissolved.
I have tried all the program cycles – same thing happens
I have cleaned the filters.
Is there anything else I can do? Or call out an engineer? Or get a new dishwasher?
