Hi everyone!
I am new to this forum and would appreciate any help! I have a Beko DSFN 1530. The machine appears to wash and dry fine but the water constantly remains at the bottom of the machine, I have cleared all the filters, with no joy. Somebody suggested cleaning the drainage pump? I cant even locate it let alone clean it. Please help if you can as I dont think I can take any more washing up.
