Hotpoint Aqualtis PCB Change – Help Please!

Been to look at this today after customer reported lights flashing and a smell of burning.
Pushed my Hotpoint fault finder into the PCB interface and began an auto test. Fault came up with F01 pretty much straight away.
Since F01 is motor triac, decided to quote customer for new PCB and software however I did tell her that I might have a used PCB kicking around from a different kind of machine which may do it in an attempt to gain the job at a better price.
As it happens, I do have a PCB which I salvaged off a machine with a drum issue. It came off an Indesit integrated one with the stainless steel sealed tub (model WM12X)..
Both PCB’s are identical to look at and connections are all the same so im wondering if I obtain the correct smart card, could I possibly re-write the Indesit module to run the Aqualtis? I have the smart card device, only ever used it a few times as most people these days seem to opt for a new machine rather than the expensive repair.
Also, if this will work, does anybody have any idea of the part number for the software please? If not, I will ring Hotpoint or Connect on Monday morning.
