Hi folks,
I’ve just bought a Proline Logic SDW800PS off ebay. I’m rapidly reaching the conclusion that people ONLY sell dishwashers on ebay BECAUSE they aren’t working properly! Anyway, it was supposedly working properly when I bought it. It did the first wash properly, but when I started the second wash, the cycle started normally but stopped quickly: It did the initial empty, did the initial fill, and then the pump started but stopped after about 15 seconds. It has done that a couple of times when I’ve left it for a bit, can’t think of any obvious reason. When I say ‘stopped’, it was as if the pump was switched off for some reason.
Any clues? Any help would be gratefully received.
For your information, I’m experienced at dismantling things to fix them and have a good understanding at electro-mechanical things. Have dismantled a timer and fixed the sticking switches, for instance.
