Customer had fitted some brushes that came in a Hotoint/Indesit bag, correct terminals but poor quality carbons.
Cleaned comm and fitted gen brushes, motor checks out but cannot get F43 to clear.
Have tried holding spin button, turning to spin then one more turn clockwise, holding start button for three seconds the turning to 11 o’clock but cannot shift it.
Is that the correct procedure for this machine?

Morning Martin,
Have looked a several posts but all of them describe the standard, hold in spin button, turn to spin then one more turn to reset, tried with motor plug out as well.
As I have already intimated the motor and wiring check out perfectly.;)

Sorted,
Went back this afternoon, unplugged motor, tried reset, no difference.
Tried reset several times, stood on one leg and whistled Dixie, turned round three times then tried it again and this time it changed from F43 to F26?????
Anyways I switched it off and on and error messages cleared. 8)
