    I have a bosch integrated fridge freezer model KIM3002GB/32. over the past few months ice has started forming around the drainage hole at the back of the fridge. Any vegetables in this area will freeze. I have been told by Bosch that this is due to a gradual breakdown in the insulation. A visit from a service engineer agreed with this. The appliance is 6 years old.

    Worth checking that the tube connected to the drainage hole is clear. They regularly become blocked, so water which should run away lies in place and can freeze.
