    Any idea who would b best to repair this in Liverpool area?

    Very few will be able to, I think Kuppersbusch have all but pulled out the UK now.

    Cheers. I was able to find one company, called ‘therepaircompany’ . They called today and said bearings in drum gone, probably more economic to replace esp since we have had nothing but problems with the machine from pretty much day one (it was replaced once by Kuppersbusch within first 18 months!). So we have taken his advice. SCRAP!

    You could have saved yourself 45 quid then as I could have told you that for nowt and without even seeing it. 🙁

    These on-line companies specialise in taking payment up front knowing full well it’s uneconomic or impossible to repair. Foot in the door and cop the money cowboys is all they are.
