I have a Smeg a42, which is about 10yrs old.

Its lost power a couple of times and then come back on. I have to reset the clock and all ok. But on this occasion it’s powered off and not come back on. It hasn’t tripped the RCD when it has powered down.

Any suggestions on what could be possible fault ie clock, coil etc.

Any help would be much appreciated as its been a fab cooker apart from having to change 2 oven elements which is normal wear, I can’t fault it.

Loose connection or faulty terminal block?
Or as you say possible timer could be toc anything really.
It’s a really difficult one to call without seeing it, it could be something simple really don’t know, but, you will need a test meter to start tracing the fault. I don’t know your experience or background but it might be wise if your not confident to get someone in.
Do not work live you should be able to trace it doing continuity and insulation checks
