    Called out to Smeg WDI12C6, washing OK but at end of cycle machine was beeping and clicking and door not opening. Displayed error 13 = Door lock error. We checked connections and the wiring to the interlock, all seemed fine. We changed the door interlock and all seemed well. Customer has now called back, he has done 5 washes, again it is washing and the door is now opening OK at the end of the cycle, but 2 of the washes it was beep beeping and clicking as though trying to unlock the door, which as stated was unlocking. Any help would be appreciated.

    Low insulation on dryer heaters, just disconnect wiring if they don’t need the dryer.
