AWO/D 7120 – UK Whitegoods

Whirlpool 859299515000

This machine is completely dead, no lights. Live and neutral are good. I thought the module was faulty and ordered one in. I replaced it today but its still the same. I have checked motor, ntc, pressure sw.,interlock,element and they appear to be ok. Could I have a faulty new board or did I miss something.

Is the control board a programmed one? Post up the part number and I will let you know if it the correct one.

That is the programmed board so it should work right away, Pm me your email address and I will send some info.

Thanks for the info John.

From what I can see, the only reason for the lights on the board not coming on is if the board is faulty.

Am I missing something ??

I am still stuck on this machine. I gave the customer a loan and brought this one into the workshop. Whirlpool wont exchange the module for me as I`m not a WP agent. I don’t want to chance another one. Any ideas please.
