    Hi,
Just had a call from a customer with a CDA washer dryer. She says it tripped the mains when she put the dryer on and now when she tries to use it, its flashing E13.
I can’t find any info on this but if anybody can point me in the right direction it would really be appreciated.

    Cheers
    Nick

CDA buy the product in from a range of manufacturers. It’s gonna be difficult to advise without knowing the model number.

If it’s the same as the smeg ones then door lock, BUT that is just to throw you off the scent!

Correct model is CI970IN and yes it’s a Smeg in a CDA dress.

Technical says E13 is a door lock error.
