    Hi
Is the ice cube tray filling with water?

    Is it freezing the cubes?

If no check fan is running when door closed and look for a build up of ice around the back panel 3/4 of the way down.

If ice is visible it could be a failure of the defrost elements or may just need leaving to defrost for 48 hours with the door open and fridge turned off.

Thanks Steve, told them to go down the manual defrost route. Time will tell if it re occurs.

If no water is entering the ice tray you’ll need to check water inlet solenoid. It’s twin set up so separate solenoid feeds water dispenser for drinking, the other feeds ice tray. It’s a common fault, for one solenoid to fail.
