    when oven is switched on at mains the top oven neon illuminates when in the off position, turn the knob two places and the light goes off.
    clock does not work other than an intermittent flashing of one bar to the top right of the display.
    Hob doesn’t work and main oven doesn’t work i can understand the main oven not working if the clock cant be set but the hob isn’t working either,
    any thoughts would be most welcombe.

    Selector switch burnt out or timer. Maybe worth checking cable box behind the appliance sometimes poor contact can cause wiring to heat up and damage inside the box prevent circuits completing.

    Thanks for the reply Lee8 already had a look at what you have suggested. Cant find any bad contacts or signs of heat damage. Hoping it would be a common fault that everyone had come across apart from me. Lol. Ill go back tomorrow and dig a little deeper.
