    Hi there. My Miele W3164_WH (purchased in January) is not spinning at the end of a wash. The wash cycle seems fine but the clothes are soaking and waterlogged. I have checked the filter and all seems fine. Is there anything obvious I’m missing before I phone Miele? Many thanks, Annabel

    Does it perform any spin cycle during the rinse cycles? if so then Check you dont have it set to rinse hold,or no final spin

    I have the same model. You have to run a 60 cotton wash with the machine empty and no detergent to enable the spin cycle. Miele disabel the spin for safety reasons when leaving the factory.
