I have a Flavel Milano 100 Electric Oven and Gas Ring range style cooker. The rear left ring lights, but goes out straight after letting go of the gas dial, which suggests the Thermocouple needs replacing. I have not had a chance to pull the oven out to see how the hob top comes off to access these thermocouples, so thought I would ask on here for ideas beforehand. Has anyone removed the hob from one of these ovens in order to replace a thermocouple? If so, how is it done?

    Thank you in advance.

I would recommend you don’t carry out repairs on gas appliances. The pipes used to feed gas to the hobs are easily damaged. Some experience is required.
