My homark oven no longer seems to “click off” when it reaches the set temperature. The element behind the fan is glowing red all the time. Sorry I don’t know the model number of the top of my head!
I am guessing this is probably an error with the temperature control. Can I get hold of an replacement and is it easy to replace or would I be better going for a new oven?
If an new oven are they easy to fit, is it a case of pull out and push in or do I need a professional? ❓
Re: Homark Oven not regulating the heat-can I fix it?
Almost certainly the thermostat by the sound of it, without the model pricing is difficult but I would take a stab at between £60 and £80 for a completed repair.
New oven would be anywhere between £200 and £400 depending on brand etc.
Either way, I would always recommend an engineer attends to the repair or installation for you.
