    Customer tells me the end light is on permanently and the door does not lock. has unplugged from mains tried again, unable to reset,
    I know if the heaters are down, it can abort cycle, but sure the door will lock first then start before it aborts. any pointers please john

    With these gems of technological wonder anything could occur. From the inverter board going bang to the interlock connector block burning out. All of which can give similar symptoms. It’s gonna have to be hands on first to find out. Be sure and Megger the dryer element first mind…….. 😉
