    Hi my washer/dryer won’t spin and the drum doesn’t go round, it is an Electrolux EW1200I and I am not sure about the diagnosis I have been given.. any ideas what could be the problem? Thanks

    Motor brushes need replacing or the belt has come off, one or the other.:D

    Hi thanks for your reply. I had somebody look at the machine and they told me it is the circuit board, never mentioned brushes or belt. They checked the motor and said that was ok. Think I ought to get someone else to look at it!
