    No system starts then fault code comes up doesn’t sound like it’s draining

    Lights 3+5 = Blocked filters.

    Mesh plate, filter or microfilter, pressure
    sensor, pressure switch, circulation motor are all possible causes.

    There is a recall on that model worth checking it on Hotpoint website.
