    Hi all,

    I can see that Samsung’s washing machines seem to be poorly regarded for reliability and after-care service in the U.K (multiple engineer visits, often wrong replacement parts ordered, don’t have their own service network – just some of the reasons posted).

    The only real conundrum is that Which? have found that the WF80F5E5U4W is a class above the rest in terms of cleaning, and it comes with a five year warranty.

    My questions::

    i)Are the bearings on this model serviceable?

    ii)Is there a website I can go to to view an exploded diagram for spare parts?

    iii)What other parts have a tendency to break first, on the Samsungs?

    iv)Are they really that bad?

    Oh dear, from the sublime Bosch to the rediculous Samsung. You really are confused aren’t you? Avoid Samsung white goods, mind you they do make decent electronic goods, their TV’s and PC monitors especially.

    Not only that but the good deals Lazarus can currently get on the Siemens and Bosch machines are very limited on stock availability.

    Make the purchase sooner rather than later or risk losing out all together :rolls:
