    Customer tells me the machine is stuck on a 70deg cycle and is unable to change the program, I am guessing its a pcb fault, can anyone please confirm. thanks John

    Try resetting the PCB first

    Tell her it is in the pages of the user manual… Usually 2 buttons pressed at the same time
