    Hi Uk Whitegoods,

    I have the above dryer which has served me well for a fair few years, its had bit replaced here and there but today the door won’t stay shut.

    After a bit of stripping and examining i have looked at the door interlock on the front of the machine.

    It seems the spring has snapped as I have found bits of it in the base of the machine.

    is it possible to buy a replacement spring?, Ive searched the net for over an hour and cannot find just the spring, only the whole interlock.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Oh dear, you’ll have to shell out all of 12 quid on a new interlock then. 🙁
    But looking on the plus side, when the spring breaks on one of these the rest of the lock is f@@ked anyway. You could scour your local council refuse drop-off though as there’s bound to be one to be had on the appliance graveyard pile. :clown:
