ParticipantHelp. My fridge is built in and since yesterday it keeps tripping the circuit breaker. First the bulb had gone but I’ve replaced that and after about 4 hours it tripped again but the bulb was intact.
The fridge is at least 14 years old and I just want to replace it without having a new kitchenWhat would fit? I can’t even find its exact dimensions. I figure them to be H.81 to the bottom of the grill, W59 and D54 allowing to back wall so allowing for all the stuff behind the fridge.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated. It is a built in kitchen.
Thanks

Pretty standard size by the sound of if. You can always pull the fridge out then measure the space (HxWxD) to be sure of finding a suitable replacement.
Matching the existing outer door panels to a new F/F will be a little more of a challenge though.

It doesn’t seem nearly as tall as all the other models. They all seem to be 87.5 cm upwards.
I wouldn’t know where to start with pulling it out and I’m not strong enough.
I notice other larder fridges don’t have ventilation panels. I thought they needed some airflow under and behind the fridge?September 10, 2014 at 6:08 pm #419066Heleniam

I found another post on this website where someone was querying the dimensions of an other similar Hygena fridge.
Apparently the ones with adjustable legs are called built under fridges and the reply said they are all 82cm H by 59cm wide.
Does anyone know where I can get the exact dimensions of my AMP 6314?
Sorry to harp on about it but the page that post pointed to showed lots of built under fridges that were 59.8 and that won’t fit in my kitchen.Any ideas?

Hi
If your appliance is built under the worktop which it sounds like it is then you simply need to purchase a built under fridge which as said before are 82 cm high with adjustable legs allowing the snug fit.
87 high appliances are classed as built in and fit into housings waist height and up.
A good local indie will be able to help 😉
